For our mates across the ditch in New Zealand, we offer reliable shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order, no matter how many caps you grab!

And for our friends in the United States, Canada, the UK, and Europe, we offer a flat rate of $20 to help spread the Oz Critter love from Down Under to the rest of the world.

• Orders are always dispatched within 1 business day – no matter how busy it gets.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. You’ll receive your tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your Critter Cap all the way to your doorstep.

At Oz Critter, we stand behind our premium hats — they're manufactured with the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If your cap arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn’t show up at all, we’ll happily refund you or replace it with a similar style at no extra cost.

Please note:

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for faulty items.
• Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• It's your responsibility to ensure the delivery address and instructions you provide are accurate — we rely on that info to get your cap to you smoothly.
